For Capita’s Cape Town workplace, the vision was to deliver a high-performance environment that also prioritised employee wellbeing, flexibility, and collaboration. For the FF&E, Design Colab helped shape a workspace that balances operational efficiency with a more people-centric experience.

A mix of formal meeting spaces, flexible collaboration zones, and breakout areas introduced variety throughout the office. Soft seating, harvest tables, bench seating, and adaptable furniture solutions support different work styles, while layered finishes, acoustic considerations, and planting add warmth and texture to the large-scale environment. The result is a dynamic workplace designed to support both productivity and connection across Capita’s fast-paced BPO operations.
