Design Colab played a central role in bringing Alcon’s 1,200 sqm headquarters to life, delivering a comprehensive FF&E solution aligned with the global leader’s focus on performance. The workspace blends high-performance furniture with a people-centred design approach, creating a flexible environment suited to hybrid work.

Built-in seating areas support informal connection, while ergonomic task settings provide spaces for focused work. Throughout the office, a refined palette of custom finishes and curated materials introduces warmth and texture, with woven upholstery, natural timber detailing and layered surfaces adding tactile depth.

Sculptural lighting subtly references Alcon’s brand identity, while bespoke joinery enhances the flow and usability of the space. The result is a cohesive interior where considered furniture and finishes work together to support comfort, wellbeing and productivity.
