A Workplace Where Global Design Meets Local Craft

Design Colab delivered a curated FF&E solution for the Boston Consulting Group’s Johannesburg office in Rosebank’s Oxford Parks precinct, creating a sophisticated workplace that balances global corporate identity with a strong sense of local character. The furniture strategy supports flexible working through a combination of collaborative spaces, adaptable workstations, and relaxed communal areas designed to encourage connection and productivity.  Carefully selected ergonomic seating and versatile meeting environments allow the workspace to support a variety of working styles while maintaining the polished aesthetic expected of a global consulting firm.

The interior palette celebrates South African craftsmanship through locally sourced furniture and bespoke design elements that introduce warmth, texture, and authenticity throughout the space. Handcrafted pieces, layered materials, and curated finishes bring depth to the environment while maintaining a refined corporate tone. The result is a distinctive workplace where thoughtfully selected furniture and finishes reflect both international excellence and local creative talent.
