Cost Certified

The CostCertified workspace was designed to support a fast-paced tech team across three floors of the Refinery Building on Kloof Street. This heritage space informed the project’s industrial-chic aesthetic, combining glass, steel and concrete with a warm, contemporary character. Design Colab curated a furniture solution that met both the visual and functional demands of the space.

Meeting rooms were outfitted with streamlined tables and supportive seating suited to both internal collaboration and client-facing conversations. Open-plan work areas were approached with material consistency throughout, while breakout and pause areas introduced softer seating and textures to create variety across the floors. Collaboration booths and workstations offer spaces for quiet, focused work. Outdoor spaces included terraces and a courtyard with a fire pit, give the workspace a relaxed atmosphere. The result is a considered workspace with an FF&E solution that matches its heritage setting and the pace of a growing technology business.
