Office 102 was developed as a contemporary mixed-use workspace within Cape Town’s Cape Quarter precinct. Design Colab curated furniture solutions that complemented the interior fitout and contributed to a calm, considered workplace experience.

Custom cabinetry offer integrated storage throughout, maintaining a streamlined and uncluttered environment. Furniture selections balanced durability with a softer visual language, aligning with the project’s contemporary finishes. Biophilic design played a central role – strategically placed indoor planting and an abundance of natural light help create a more grounded, welcoming atmosphere for the people using the space. The result is a workspace that feels modern and approachable, where functionality and comfort combine.
