Design Colab delivered a tailored FF&E solution for multiple Sanlam office projects within the Houghton precinct, completed across different buildings and phases. Working within Sanlam’s established corporate identity and approved supplier framework, the team sourced and coordinated contemporary furniture solutions. The scope also incorporated the careful reuse of selected existing furniture.

The FF&E approach translated Sanlam’s brand guidelines into functional, cohesive workplace environments, while navigating the parameters of an established supplier network. Consistency was achieved across the various project scopes while responding to the individual requirements of each work zone. The result is office environments that are as inspirational as they are functional.
