Design Colab delivered a curated FF&E solution for Sturdee Energy’s new Johannesburg office, furnishing a space that reflects the client’s commitment to sustainability and innovation. The furniture strategy spans meeting rooms, an informal client lounge, three focus rooms, an open-plan work area, and an enclosed office for the founders, supporting both collaborative and focused work.

The material palette draws on the elements of earth, air, fire, and water, expressed through blue, grey, white, and green tones layered with warm timber accents. Soft seating brings comfort to the informal lounge, while elegant, understated finishes tell the client’s story. The result is a considered workplace where curated furniture and finishes support everyday function and reflect the brand’s values.
