Flexible Workspaces at Scale

Design Colab contributed to the interior environments of three of WeWork’s flagship South African locations, delivering furniture solutions across 25 000 sqm of premium, multi-level co-working space.

Each workspace was designed to support a diverse and evolving community, incorporating a mix of private offices, meeting rooms, collaborative lounges, and social areas. Furniture selections prioritised flexibility, comfort, and durability – ensuring spaces can adapt to different working styles while maintaining a cohesive, professional environment.

Across all locations, an industrial design language is softened through locally inspired artwork and materials, creating a strong sense of place while aligning with WeWork’s global brand identity. The result is a collection of vibrant, high-performance workspaces that balance functionality, community, and design-led thinking.
