Design Colab delivered a full turnkey FF&E solution for 42 premium apartments at The Quarter in Cape Town. Designed for the growing flexible-living market, the project required fully provisioned, move-in-ready spaces that balanced premium residential aesthetics with the durability and practicality needed for high-occupancy use.

To create variety across the development, a number of distinct interior schemes were curated. This included a warm Scandinavian-inspired palette with natural oak finishes and soft textured fabrics, and a bold Modern Contemporary aesthetic featuring monochromatic tones, black steel detailing, and clean architectural forms. Design Colab managed the project end-to-end, overseeing local sourcing, custom furniture manufacturing, procurement, logistics, installation, and final styling across all 42 apartments.
