FF&E for Fast-paced Team Culture

Sanlam Fintech’s office was designed to reflect the division’s startup-like culture – fast-paced, collaborative and a step removed from the conventions of traditional financial services. Design Colab contributed the furniture scope across a range of settings throughout the office. Meeting rooms were fitted with acoustic panels to ensure focused, confidential interaction, while open-plan areas were designed to encourage creativity and movement.

Breakaway zones catered to a variety of needs throughout the workday, with natural elements involving timber, greenery, and Sanlam’s signature blue palette lending the space a distinct and cohesive identity. A games and entertainment area features both a foosball and an 8-ball pool table. The end result is a workplace that feels purposeful and energetic, designed for a team working at the intersection of financial services and technology.
