Design Colab curated the FF&E for Lionhead Capital’s new Cape Town headquarters, balancing contemporary pieces with the client’s existing collection of vintage and characterful furniture. Dark finishes, timeless forms and durable materials were selected to complement the building’s industrial character while creating a sophisticated, cohesive interior. Ergonomic workstations bring functionality to the everyday workspace, while more refined pieces add a sense of understated luxury.

The approach focused investment where it would have the greatest impact, with carefully selected high-quality pieces used alongside more considered, cost-effective solutions. Stone-topped pieces, dark wood boardroom table, servers, canteen furniture and planters create distinct moments throughout the workplace. The result is a layered FF&E solution where old and new work together seamlessly, creating a space that feels personal, considered and built to last.
