Considered FF&E for Green Star Office

This office was designed to reflect the company’s global standing while creating a workplace that feels genuinely comfortable for everyday use. Design Group contributed to the refined interior with considered furniture and material selections. The boardroom was upgraded with custom-built tables and high-end finishes, while a dedicated think tank room and collaboration space provide settings for focused and active work.

The open-plan desk spaces were increased in size and acoustic requirements ensure confidentiality for client-facing conversations. A neutral colour palette serves as a backdrop for the bespoke South African artwork. The ‘up and over’ area stands out, featuring Houtlander furniture, handcrafted Swedish pendant lights, and warm Oggie hardwood flooring. The project received a Green Star rating, thanks to the use of eco-friendly materials. To complete this project timeously, the Design Colab team worked in a live environment as well as over the annual office shutdown.
